LNZ DECOR did a phenomenal job in staging the home! The level of detail tied to the design and furniture selection was impeccable! During the open house, we had over 20 buyers touring the place and offers within an hour of ending. The property was on the market for less than 24 hrs (An over-asking price offer was accepted; closing was done in less than 30 days). Nicole's design and vision transformed the place, she delivered BEYOND expectation! Highly recommend and will use LNZ DECOR again in all future projects!
